Garlic Spicy Prawns

Sunshine on a plate. This has to be one of the simplest but tastiest dishes ever!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 pinches chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 carrots, spiralised
  • 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 200 g cooked prawns
  • 2 courgettes, spiralised

Instructions
 

  • Fry 2 cloves of crushed garlic and 2 pinches of chilli flakes in 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • Add in 2 spiralized carrots and 20 halved cherry tomatoes, stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add 200g cooked prawns and 2 spiralized courgettes, stir for 2-3 minutes.
