Garlic Spicy Prawns
Sunshine on a plate. This has to be one of the simplest but tastiest dishes ever!
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 pinches chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 carrots, spiralised
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 200 g cooked prawns
- 2 courgettes, spiralised
- Fry 2 cloves of crushed garlic and 2 pinches of chilli flakes in 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Add in 2 spiralized carrots and 20 halved cherry tomatoes, stir for 2 minutes.
- Add 200g cooked prawns and 2 spiralized courgettes, stir for 2-3 minutes.
