ONLINE CLASSES

Tuesday: 9.15-10.00am Mobility & Core £3.50 per session

45 mins * Increase flexibility * Increase Mobility *  Lose belly fat * Improve core strength, stability, posture *Slow paced and does involves mat work *

Tuesday: 10.20am-11.00am 60Fit £4.00 per session – aimed at older people. Can be done seated or standing.

40mins *Fun class* Gentle movement * Increase Mobility *  Increase flexibility * Improve strength, stability and posture *NO mat work * seated or standing *

Thursdays: 7.30-8.30pm Core Cardio 50/50  £5 PAYG

*30 mins CORE STRENGTH followed by 30 mins HIIT FAT BURNING *

CORE: * Lose belly fat * Improve core strength, stability & posture * Option to use a weight for some of the exercises for extra resistance*

HIIT: *Bodyweight, no equipment needed*  Interval style training * Burn calories & fat for fun!* Get results * Varied workout every week * Get the feel good factor * Low/High impact options *
