FABS group exercise classes for over 60’s

The FABS exercise programme has been designed to help us move more, sit less and age well.

The exercises are scientifically proven to improve muscle strength leading to better balance to reduce falls risk.

Enjoy the benefits of better aerobic health and improved stamina and flexibility.   

Come and enjoy the fun and support from like-minded people.  It’s never too late to start!!

FABS Over 60’s  – £7 PAYG or £6 with monthly payment system

Gentle exercise that can be done seated or standing. The exercise classes have been developed by experts to help you improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength.

The FABS programme was designed by Move it or Lose it
