About Move it or Lose it
Move it or Lose it are on a mission to transform the health and wellbeing of our nation’s older adults. With the support of their advisory board, they’re at the forefront of active aging, helping to combat loneliness, and reducing social isolation.
The exercise classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for overall greater strength. All the keep fit exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability – perfect for seniors.
Working in collaboration with qualified health professionals, Move it or Lose it are dedicated to providing health and fitness solutions to the over 60s to ensure that they stay younger for longer. By providing four vital components, Flexibility, Aerobic, Balance and Strength through effective exercise we strive to ensure that age or ability are no longer barriers to an active lifestyle.
