New Metafit workout: Re-Org

Tonight’s class at Oxton Village Hall will feature the latest release RE ORG.

3 rounds of 3 exercises, done to 3 different work/rest ratios.

It’s all over in 21 minutes, now that can’t be bad!

Why not give it a go.  All the exercises can be tailored to suit your level of fitness.

The exercises can easily be made low impact but you’ll still get a great workout 🙂
