Elegant dessert! I used amaretto liqueur but you could use whisky or brandy. Sometimes served with a biscuit on the side.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream Freeze in the cup for an hour before
  • 2 shots expresso coffee or just strong coffee
  • 2 shots amaretto liquer

Method
 

  1. Add the coffee and liqueur to the ice cream. Enjoy
