Ways to progress your workout…..

You need progression to adapt. The body will only get stronger if the muscles are challenged.

If you always do the same exercises or the same workout you will eventually hit a wall whereby the body can’t make any further adaptations.

This could mean that you always use the same weight for each exercises or you always do the same number of repetitions.

Every 4-8 weeks you should look to generate a new exercise stimulus.
