This is a progressive 4 week fitness plan to get you golf fit with a new workout to complete every week.

This programme will improve the strength and flexibility of the muscles used during golf, as well as increase your overall fitness at the same time. It’s a win win!

In week 1 you’ll just use your own bodyweight to do the exercises, so no equipment required, so no excuses!!  Options to use weights, water bottles or milk cartons in weeks 2,3 and 4.

I filmed the workouts so we can train together, just pick whatever time of day suits you best to exercise.
