If you’re new to Zoom here’s what you need to know.

Zoom is software that enables video conferencing so basically we can both see and talk to each other in the session.

You will need some tech. A smart phone, tablet, I-pad, laptop or computer. The bigger the screen the easier it is to view.

Zoom is App based and works easiest if you download it. Once you’ve mastered it once it’s a doddle.

1-2-1 Coaching – Our training sessions are scheduled at a mutually agreed time and then I’ll email a link and password for the session beforehand. You then just follow the link and enter the password to join the session.

Online Classes – Once you have paid for the class I will email out the link to join. The online classes are recorded so you have the option to pay to view each class for a week and complete the workout when it suits you.

NB – Safety First – you will have to fill in a health form so I can check you are safe to exercise.

PS – You don’t need any fitness equipment at home to start your journey. For some of the classes you have the option to use weights but don’t have to, or you can use water bottles or baked bean cans instead to start with.
